Kolawole is a an active member of the Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors. With experience across different sectors: Construction; Oil and Gas; and, Administration (Public Sector), Agriculture; where he has been involved in preparation of Tender Documents, Interim and Final Valuation Certificates for projects, Opening of Bids and recommendation for awards of different Public Procurement Contracts, Preparation of Liquidation Reports for obsolete plant and equipment for off-setting/disposable purposes, Procurement of materials and Estimating the financial implication of structures/facilities, Supervision and management of all farms operations/staff for effective yield management. He has a Degree in Engineering from Federal University Oye Ekiti, and an HND (Distinction) in Quantity Surveying from Federal Polytechnic Idah.
